Dad's complication

Dad has developed Diabetics and Urine track infection. He had fever in March and was given about 10 days of IV injection of antibiotics. He had fever again in July and was given about 12 days of IV injection of antibiotics. Dad's sharp mind starts to get confused and blurred... I am very sad. Please help me to let Dad standup and healed.
